When we fly to the field from Juba, we take these tiny little planes and land on bumpy dirt airstrips. 15-seaters, or even 10-seaters. Sometimes they are prop planes, sometimes little jets. When we come in for landing, landcruisers flank the landing strip, ready to chase away a stray goat or unaware pedestrian crossing as we come in for landing. My view, from my seat, as we approach the airstrip (a place I often run in the morning!).
